### To access a batch level audit log…

You can then toggle between only seeing batch state changes, case state changes for the whole batch worth of cases, or all of them together. There is also an option to export this log

### To access a case level audit log…

There is an option to export the case audit log in the audit log pane.

### To export multiple batches worth of audit logs…

Go to the Admin view

This sample shows an exported audit log. The file name follows the pattern `facility_batch#_DOS_audit_log.xlsx`.

### Actions added in Claim Maker 3.0

Claim Maker 3.0 expanded the audit log to give broader visibility into key system activities. The system now records four more action types:

- **Batch Exports.** Logs when a batch is exported, including who started the export and when it occurred.
- **Case Creation.** Captures the creation of new manual cases, so there is a clear record when cases enter the system.
- **Case Duplication.** Captures the duplication of a case, so there is a clear record of when a case was duplicated.
- **Case Deletion.** Tracks when cases are deleted, for full accountability and historical traceability.
