To use this report to the fullest extent, autocoded cases must have Case State = Code Complete and Case State Reason = Audited. These values let the report pull the detailed accuracy data for your review.

Claim Maker 3.0 introduces AutoCoding Accuracy Reports. The reports show how often people change the predicted codes, or change the codes on an autocoded case. They give a data-driven view of AutoCoding performance across the cases for a facility, and they summarize accuracy, quality, and operational efficiency for autocoded or audited cases.

This feature is in preview mode for this release. Hank will expand the capabilities of the feature in future releases.

### How to read the report

| Metric | Definition |
| --- | --- |
| Match | entity_code = prediction_code for a given (job, line, type, position) |
| Entity Code | The final code that ended up on the exported case. A person or AutoCoding can apply this code. |
| Prediction Code | AutoCoding predicted code value |
| Undercoded | Entity coded, autocoder missed (by code type) |
| Overcoded | Autocoder added, not in entity (by code type) |
| Mismatched | Both predictions and added codes present but different codes |

| Coverage | How many cases Claim Maker applied Autocoding results to |
