Claim Maker 3.0 adds a Notification Center. The Notification Center gives you real-time visibility into document processing activity in the system.

As of June 2026, the Notification Center contains only the notifications that Claim Maker generates when a user manually uploads a document to a case for processing. Claim Maker generates the notification when the document processing is complete.

### To open the Notification Center…

<Step>Click the bell icon in the upper right corner of the screen, next to the help question mark icon.</Step>
<Step>Read the notification for the document that finished processing.</Step>
<Step>Click the button in the notification to go directly to the case.</Step>

Click 'Mark all as Read' to dismiss the notifications.
