When you turn on the Work Queue filter, Claim Maker filters your batch and case list to show only the batches that contain cases with unresolved [Human Review Elements](/hank-claim-maker/guide/human-review-elements-autocoding-2-0) (HREs). This view includes cases with the Case State Code Completed, if those cases still have unresolved HREs.

If you mark a case as 'Code Complete' while the case still has unresolved HREs, Claim Maker tells you that unresolved HREs are present. Claim Maker then asks in a pop up if you want to resolve all of them. Open the HRE tab and check the HREs first, to make sure that nothing crucial to your billing stays unresolved.

The Work Queue box also gives you quick filters for HREs:

- **HRE Responsibility** shows the cases whose HREs fall to your role for resolution.
- **HRE Type** filters those cases further by the type of HRE.

All the filters that you apply in the Work Queue settings also apply to the larger filter set.
