Claim Maker Work Queue
The Claim Maker Work Queue gives you a quick way to filter batches and cases down to the work that still needs a person.
In Claim Maker 3.0, the Work Queue shows only the cases that contain unresolved Human Review Elements (HREs). Cases with no unresolved HREs drop out of view. A case stays in the queue even when its Case State is Code Complete, if that case still has unresolved HREs.
Before 3.0, the Work Queue showed every case that was not marked Code Complete, including cases that had no outstanding review work. The 3.0 rule removes that noise. The queue now lists only the cases that need human review, so you can:
- Prioritize your work, because you see only actionable cases.
- Spend less time on items that need no action.
- Increase throughput, because you go straight to the cases that need review.
- Resolve HRE-driven issues more accurately and more consistently.
The Work Queue is available to all Claim Maker users. It works best with Autocoding 2.0, which introduces 'no look' coding. No look coding supplies the coding predictions and, when all necessary criteria are met, applies the codes and marks the Case State as 'Code Complete'. See Work Queue Filtering for the HRE Responsibility and HRE Type filters.
Work Queue disabled: the list shows all 8 cases in the batch.
Work Queue enabled: the list narrows to the cases that need attention.
