Notification Center

Claim Maker 3.0 adds a Notification Center. The Notification Center gives you real-time visibility into document processing activity in the system.

As of June 2026, the Notification Center contains only the notifications that Claim Maker generates when a user manually uploads a document to a case for processing. Claim Maker generates the notification when the document processing is complete.

To open the Notification Center…

1. Click the bell icon in the upper right corner of the screen, next to the help question mark icon.
2. Read the notification for the document that finished processing.
3. Click the button in the notification to go directly to the case.

Click 'Mark all as Read' to dismiss the notifications.
