Managing Provider and Surgeon NPIs

You will need to have the Admin access role to complete this action.

Unlinking Providers and NPIs from a facility in Claim Maker can be done in the Admin Manager. Occasionally, the data extractor tool might have matched a provider with the wrong NPI and you need to delete and readd the provider. \

To Remove/Unlink a provider….

1. Open the Admin Manager
2. Click 'Providers' tab
3. Find the Provider and click 'Remove'
4. Confirm Removal

Should you need to add this or any new provider this will need to be done inside a batch/case at the specific facility using the 'Advanced Search' tool in the Data Entry>Other tab Provider section. This will need to be done for each facility you need to re-link the provider to. In a future release, this action will also be an action in the Admin Manager.
